Issue 146

We are excited to present four projects (and one video) in Issue 146, by Njaimeh Njie, Ivette Spradlin and Lenore Thomas, Dafna Talmor, and Millee Tibbs.  These artists have combined, cut, collaged, masked and exposed, and manipulated material and imagery, creating languages for engaging with myths and expectations around society, space and place, and personal history and experience.  Charcoal Book Club’s June book is I can’t stand to see you cry by Rahim Fortune.

We hope you enjoy the issue and would love to hear from you!

Best,

Leo Hsu and Bree Lamb
Managing Editors
