From the Editor:
This past August, I attended the Mount Rokko Photo Festival in Kobè, Japan. While there, I had the pleasure of seeing many great portfolios by some very talented photographers. I am very pleased to bring you some of the best work from this festival.
The festival was well organized and a true pleasure to attend. I was able to hear a talk by New Mexico's own Jamey Stillings and see the work of Alejandro Duràn. The festival's founder, Takeki Sugiyama was a terrific host who kept both reviewers and photographers happy.
Fraction has taken me around the world and my visit to Kobe and this festival was by far one of the best trips ever!
